REMINDER TO F3 STUDENTS, PARENTS/CAREGIVERS:

IMPACT (Catholic Social Ministry) Student Session with assigned TRG scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, 2024:

• 6:15 to 8 p.m.

• Students to arrive at Historic St. Boniface Catholic Church by 6:15 p.m. for an on-time departure.

• ​​​​TRGs to travel to assigned ministry sites with assigned drivers and chaperones.

• Click/tap the button below to complete the student permission slip - General Liability Release & Hold Harmless Waiver.

  • Each student must have a completed permission slip from a parent/caregiver before leaving the parish campus to travel with their assigned TRG to the IMPACT ministry site for the evening.
